Throughout the year the Lucy Rayner Foundation run campaigns to raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of mental ill health.
It is everyone’s business to understand what Mental Health and Mental Ill health actually means, and to become educated about how to spot it in yourself, in your friends and family and what you can do to help yourself and others.
- Just Say Something – Kicking Off Mental Health Awareness Week 2020 (7/23/2020)
The Lucy Rayner Foundation have created a new video ‘Just Say Something’ to kick off Mental Health Awareness Week, 18th-22nd May 2020, in association with Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide – SOBS, who are encouraging us all to Say Something… Say Anything… Just SAY SOMETHING.
