Training And Events

Charity Events in Surrey

We host a variety of charity events in Surrey to raise awareness about mental health. These events are a great way of bringing people together in local communities and helping to break down barriers.

Whether you are an adrenaline junkie who wants to skydive or prefer to keep your feet on the ground around the football pitch, we have something for everyone. Our events calendar holds scheduled activities all year round and is a great way to get involved in our cause.

Fundraising Events

For nearly ten years, we have hosted an annual charity gala which has proved incredibly successful. The money raised at these events helps support our various services, including support groups for mental health, free counselling and mental health training.

You can keep up to date with all our scheduled fundraising events on our website.

Mental Health Training

We are advocating a better understanding of mental health conditions, and to that end, we have launched self-harm and understanding mental health workshops in the Surrey region. These workshops give people an excellent grounding in mental health, making it easier to lend support to others.

Why Mental Health Matters

Our mental health impacts how we think, feel and act, and when it is poor, it can have a detrimental effect on our overall quality of life, and the signs might not always be visible.

Unfortunately, despite efforts to educate people, mental health problems are not always understood in the same way physical ones are. That’s why our message must be heard, particularly by young people, through our range of training, fundraising and other charitable works.
