Youth Mental Health First Aid Course (2 Days))
Location: In person at Tower House, 3 Cromwell Road, Suite 5, 2nd Floor, Redhill RH1 1RT
Time: Day 1: 9am- 5pm – Day 2: 9am- 5pm

3 Secondary School places and 1 Primary School place

This is a two-day training and it is required that you attend both days of the training. Both days will start at 9am and finish no later than 5pm. There will be two breaks a morning and afternoon break. (Lunch not included but refreshments are)
Format
- Two day face-to-face course delivered across four manageable sessions
- Each session is built around a Youth Mental Health First Aid action plan
- Learning takes place through a mix of presentations, group discussions and workshop activities
- We limit numbers to 8 people per course so that the instructor can keep people safe and supported while they learn
Takeaways
Everyone who completes the course gets:
- A certificate of attendance to say you are a Youth Mental Health First Aider
- A Youth MHFA manual to refer to whenever you need it
- A workbook including some helpful tools to support your own mental health
