Jenny recently featured in Josh Connolly’s interview series ‘Irrepressible: Ordinary People Extraordinary Resilience’ where they spoke on the subject of suicide bereavement. Watch the interview below…

“It is an absolute honour to speak to Jenny Rayner about how she has managed to move through the pain of losing her daughter to suicide back in 2012.
Jenny and her family are the most inspiring people I have ever met. Ever. In this interview, I talk to Jenny about how she has dealt with the loss of her daughter to suicide and how as a result, Jenny and her family have started the Lucy Rayner Foundation, a charity that in my opinion, will change the way we look at mental health for ever.
Jenny Rayner is the CEO of the Lucy Rayner Foundation that raises awareness of mental health issue in young people. She is an author of two book ‘The Hummingbird Process’ and ‘Let Your Truths Set You Free’.
